there have been multiple incidents of gas-solid interface discharge in ultra-high voltage epoxy resin impregnated paper dry-type bushings
which have attracted widespread attention. Analysis shows that the insulation failure of the gas-solid interface between the epoxy resin impregnated paper capacitor core and SF6 gas is one of the main causes of the accidents. Therefore
the gas-solid interface insulation of epoxy resin impregnated paper dry-type bushings has become a widely studied hotspot. This article explores the influences of temperature gradient
metal particles
surface roughness
and surface charge accumulation on surface flashover by combining the structure and operating conditions of epoxy resin impregnated paper dry-type bushings. Meanwhile
the physical process and mechanism of gas-solid interface flashover are analyzed
the main technical methods for improving the insulation performance of gas-solid interfaces are summarized
and the issues and future development trends of gas-solid interface insulation for epoxy resin impregnated paper dry-type bushings that need further research are discussed.
