Aiming at the optimization problem of hybrid energy storage that meets the peak shaving and frequency regulation demands of the power grid
a hybrid energy storage selection method based on subjective and objective weighting and set pair analysis is proposed. Firstly
considering the demand characteristics of energy storage in peak shaving and frequency regulation conditions comprehensively
we construct an index system from multiple perspectives. Then
the interval analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) is adopted to obtain the subjective weights of the indicators. The objective weight of the index is obtained by using the improved entropy weight method
which effectively solves the defect of large weight calculation error of the traditional entropy weight method when the entropy value of the index approaches 1. Moreover
the comprehensive weight is determined based on game theory
improving the rationality of weight distribution. Then
a hybrid energy storage selection model based on the set pair analysis method is constructed. By introducing the connection number to fully consider the uncertainties contained in the parameters of the energy storage interval
the accuracy of the selection results is improved. Finally
taking the peak shaving and frequency regulation working conditions in a certain area of China's Liaoning Province as an example
we analyze and compare the evaluation results of common selection methods. The results show that the method proposed in this paper can be adopted to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the hybrid energy storage selection results by considering the uncertainty of interval parameters
providing technical supports for subsequent energy storage planning.
