针对氢气掺入天然气管道后系统的管道压力、气体渗透、性能衰减等特性发生变化,导致掺氢天然气管道输运系统的经济运行特性用传统方法难以刻画的问题,通过分析掺氢比、输送压力、环境温度、运输距离以及管道参数等因素对系统运行特性的影响,建立了掺氢天然气管道输运系统运行特性模型。首先,结合天然气在不同掺氢比下物理性质的变化规律,从压力损耗、管道渗透和性能衰减3个方面建立了系统运行特性模型;然后,研究不同边界条件下压气站功率、渗透流量和管道寿命随掺氢比的变化关系建立系统的运行成本模型;最后,得到不同掺氢比下天然气管道向单位距离输送单位氢气所需要的成本,并结合西气东输一线工程部分天然气管道数据,计算得到不同管道流量以及不同掺氢比下掺氢天然气管道输运系统运行成本变化规律,验证模型的有效性,对未来掺氢天然气管道输运系统规划具有一定的指导意义。

the operation characteristics of the hydrogen-doped natural gas pipeline transportation system are established by analyzing the effects of hydrogen blending ratio
transportation pressure
ambient temperature
transportation distance and pipeline parameters on the operation characteristics of the system. Firstly
combined with the variation law of physical properties of natural gas under different hydrogen blending ratios
a system operation characteristic model is established from three aspects
namely
pressure loss
pipeline penetration and life attenuation. Then
the operating cost model of the system is established by studying the relationship between the power of the compressor station
the seepage flow and the pipeline life with the hydrogen blending ratio under different boundary conditions. Finally
the cost of transporting hydrogen per unit distance from natural gas pipelines to a unit distance under different hydrogen blending ratios is obtained
respectively. Combined with the data of some natural gas pipelines in the first-line project of West-East Gas Pipeline
the variation law of operating cost of hydrogen-doped natural gas pipeline transportation system under different pipeline flow rates and different hydrogen blending ratios is calculated
and the validity of the model is verified. The study has certain guiding significance for the planning of hydrogen-doped natural gas pipeline transportation system in the future.
