Abstract
The new power system transient voltage stability assessment provides a strong guarantee for the stable operation and sustainable development of the system. With the large-scale grid connection of new energy sources
the existing transient voltage stability assessment methods are deficient in computational complexity and mechanism support
lack effective stability index calculation methods
and struggle to balance accuracy and real-time requirements. To address the above deficiencies
this paper proposes a transient voltage stability assessment method based on the Maximum Lyapunov exponential with dynamic optimization of neighborhood and delay (DMLE). First
the stability mechanism of MLE is analyzed
considering the dynamic response characteristics of voltage
and the stability margin and instability degree index are constructed. Then
by combining phase space reconstruction theory and the wavelet transform
a DMLE method with dynamic selection of neighborhood and optimization of time delay is proposed to transform the problem of transient voltage stability assessment into one of analyzing the MLE trajectory of the amplitude derivatives of the heavily disturbed voltage. Finally
the system stability under different operating conditions is evaluated in terms of both accuracy and real-time performance through the improved IEEE-39 node system and CSEE-VS system arithmetic. Meanwhile
the performance of the proposed method under different time windows is analyzed
and the degree of influence on the system stability under noise interference is investigated to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the method.
