当下灾后综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)的抢修与恢复方法较少考虑热网模型及其耦合关系,大多忽略对客观存在的多时间尺度下气/热动态特性影响的刻画,且恢复过程中对IES负荷侧灵活性资源的挖掘不充分。为此,提出了计及热损耗的热网故障抢修与恢复模型;基于故障下气、热网络的暂态模型,提出了IES抢修和恢复过程中定量刻画气/热惯性的具体方法和计算流程,并构建了计及气/热惯性的优化计算模型;构建了适用于IES抢修与恢复过程的综合需求响应框架,基于用户参与负荷恢复的机制,提出了参与综合需求响应的不同类型负荷的计算模型。结合算例验证了所提方法考虑气/热惯性的必要性和考虑综合需求响应的有效性,算例结果证明:所提考虑气/热惯性和综合需求响应的IES协同抢修与恢复方法可以有效减少灾后IES经济损失,降低负荷损失,缩短负荷恢复时间,优化抢修和恢复策略。
Abstract
Current methods for post-disaster integrated energy system (IES) repair and restoration mostly neglect to consider the impact of gas/heat dynamics on objective multi-timescales and do not adequately exploit the load-side flexibility resources
the lack of a heat network model
and its coupling relationship as well. A heat network fault repair and restoration model that considers heat loss is proposed. Based on the transient models of gas and heat networks under faults
a specific method and calculation process for quantifying the gas/heat inertia are proposed
with an optimisation calculation model constructed. An integrated demand response framework applicable to the IES repair and restoration process is constructed
and based on the mechanism of user participation in load restoration
a calculation model for different types of loads participating in integrated demand response is proposed. The necessity of considering gas/heat inertia and the effectiveness of the proposed method

are verified with examples. The example results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively reduce the economic loss of IES after a disaster
