The contradiction between the current fast growth of power grid scale and the limited increase in operation and maintenance personnel is becoming increasingly prominent. The substation primarily relies on manual operation and maintenance
which makes it challenging to adapt to the lean management requirements of the substation and affects its safe and reliable operation. This paper addresses the issues of insufficient scalability in the remote monitoring functions of substations
inadequate support for master panoramic monitoring capabilities of the gateway
and insufficient business collaboration capabilities between master and slave stations. The system architecture of a multi-level collaborative substation main and auxiliary equipment monitoring system of master and slave stations is proposed
with a focus on key technologies such as communication
dynamic access load balancing technology
monitoring function RPC service-oriented encapsulation technology
gateway machine service dynamic registration and orchestration technology
and master and slave station business collaboration technology. The system utilizes RPC remote calling technology to implement on-demand function calling services. Through communication load balancing
it comprehensively
efficiently
stably
and reliably accesses the substation main and auxiliary equipment
achieving the expected business collaboration of master and slave stations and panoramic monitoring of the substation. Finally
the feasibility of the system architecture and technical implementation is demonstrated by the application effects
which has broad engineering application value and prospects.
