the proportion of wind power connected to the grid is gradually increasing
and the new-type power system has been characterized by low inertia
which brings challenges to the safe and stable operation of the system. A two-stage optimal scheduling method for the high penetration level of wind power system considering dynamic frequency constraints and peak regulation demand is proposed. Firstly
this paper analyzes the fast frequency response characteristics of battery storage and wind turbines with dynamic load-shedding operation and establishes the frequency security constraints of wind-thermal power-storage-pumped storage complementary frequency regulation. Then
a mixed similarity index that considers new energy-load matching and net load volatility is proposed and establishes a two-stage optimal scheduling model. The first stage of the dispatch model aims to optimize the mixing similarity index to optimize the response power of the adjustable loads participating in the system peaking and to obtain the best net load curve for the system. The second stage aims to minimize system operating costs and optimize the wind-thermal power-storage-pumped storage scheduling plan and the system's frequency regulation capability. The effectiveness of the proposed scheduling method in terms of scheduling economy and frequency safety is verified through case analysis.
