To address the issues of fixed-frequency noise and insufficient rotor position estimation accuracy under low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) conditions caused by traditional pulsating signal injection methods in sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM)
a sensorless noise reduction control strategy based on a wide spectrum high frequency injection method is proposed in this paper. First
to mitigate the fixed-frequency noise introduced by conventional pulsating injection
a wide spectrum noise reduction signal injection method employing adaptive compressive transformation is developed. Then
an enhanced rotor position estimation approach utilizing the Hilbert transform is proposed to improve accuracy under low injection voltage amplitudes. Next
a current demodulation mathematical model under Gaussian noise interference is established
clarifying the mechanism through which the proposed method improves rotor position estimation accuracy in low-SNR scenarios. Experimental results show that
compared with traditional methods
when injecting voltages of the same amplitude
the system using the proposed method significantly reduces the peak value of the motor phase current power spectrum density and the estimation error of the rotor position
thereby enhancing the quietness and stability of the PMSM during sensorless control.
