Due to the long-range disordered structure and randomness of magnetic moment distribution of amorphous alloys
hysteresis and magnetostrictive return lines of amorphous alloys under stress action and non-sinusoidal excitation will show multi-loop characteristics. In order to simulate this particularity
this paper proposes a simulation method of the magnetostrictive multiple loop characteristics of amorphous alloys based on microstatistics and inverse J-A model. First
the randomly distributed magnetic moments in the amorphous structure are represented by locally ordered regions
and a microstatistical model considering the angular probability distribution of the magnetic moments is constructed to calculate the stress-dependent macroscopic hysteresis-free magnetization strength and magnetostriction. Second
the hysteresis effect is simulated by combining the dynamic inverse J-A model
and the energy dissipation factor R
the scaling factor v
and the stress-dependent magnetization dissipation factor ζ are introduced to realize the accurate simulation of hysteresis characteristics over a wide range of magnetic densities
and to control the permeability at the reversal point of hysteresis and magnetostriction multi-loop reversal. Finally
