Constructing source-grid-load-storage integrated systems in new energy-intensive industrial zones serves as a critical method for achieving localized renewable energy consumption. However
insufficient synchronous inertia exacerbates frequency instability risks. Meanwhile
the traditional centralized operation model struggles to effectively balance the interests of various stakeholders within the system. This paper proposes an integrated system operation mode that accommodates both frequency dynamic security constraints and demand response from high-energy-consuming industrial loads. First
this paper constructs a system frequency response model incorporating multiple types of frequency regulation resources to provide frequency security guarantees. Subsequently
this paper establishes an integrated system operation mode based on Stackelberg game theory to address conflicts of interest among stakeholders. In this framework
the system operator acts as the leader
formulating electricity pricing strategies through source-grid-storage coordinated optimization while ensuring frequency security. Meanwhile
user aggregators
as followers
dynamically adjust demand response quantities of diverse high-energy-consuming industrial loads based on electricity price signals. Finally
case studies validate the effectiveness of the proposed method in balancing frequency security and multi-stakeholder interest equilibrium
providing theoretical foundations for integrated system operation modes in industrial development zones with high renewable energy penetration.
