With the steady progress of the "dual carbon" goals and the construction of new-type power systems
the large-scale decentralized access of high-proportion renewable energy
new flexible loads
and advanced industrial clusters has led to frequent power quality problems such as voltage sag
harmonic exceeding
and voltage overrun in the power system
and the demand for mitigation is increasing day by day. In recent years
in order to improve the quality of power supply and support the development of advanced manufacturing industry
mitigation technology of power quality disturbance has received widespread attention. Various configuration optimization
collaborative control
and economic optimization schemes evolved from this have become important ways to address power quality issues. This article first analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of power quality disturbances caused by new types of sources and loads. Secondly
it reviews existing dedicated and multiplexed power quality mitigation devices and outlines the implementation of power quality disturbance mitigation schemes based on optimized configuration and collaborative operation. Then
it summarizes methods for improving the economic efficiency of mitigation. Finally
it summarizes and prospects the research on power quality mitigation technologies for new-type power systems.
