The uncertainty on both the supply and demand sides is prone to cause fluctuations in voltage and load in distribution networks. As high-quality regulation resources
thermostatically controlled loads urgently require the development of efficient and feasible load control strategies to help achieve a balance between electricity supply and demand. Therefore
this paper proposes a method for thermal parameter identification and active balancing control of thermostatically controlled loads that considers user willingness
aiming to stabilize the voltage and load fluctuations in the low-voltage distribution area. Upon receiving the voltage deviation signal
the load agent preliminarily determines its control eligibility based on the adaptive action threshold
thereby limiting the number of devices that act simultaneously. An improved Transformer model is utilized to rapidly identify the thermal parameters for thermostatically controlled loads online. Based on personalized thermal parameters and differentiated user willingness
load adjustability is analyzed and enhanced
and autonomous decision-making is facilitated. Simulation results indicate that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the speed and accuracy of thermal parameter identification for thermostatically controlled loads. It can realize orderly control of the load group while respecting user willingness
taking into account both user temperature comfort and regulation fairness
thereby stabilizing voltages and smoothing load fluctuations in the low-voltage distribution networks.
