the paper focuses on proposing a fundamental theory to systematically solve power balancing problems of “new-type power system”
which figures with randomness
interconnection
diversification and coordination. First
random variables are substituted into conventional basic power balancing equations
so as to deduce new-type basic power balancing equations with algebraic forms
through which power balancing risks and conventional power balancing variables can be simply analyzed at the same dimension. Next
new-type integrated power balancing equations with random variables are deduced
for which a special solving method based on numerical calculation is proposed. Unified power balancing analysis is then realized by new-type integrated power balancing equations
considering randomness affection
power balancing integration and full elementization. Then
when combining theoretical analysis with engineering practices
engineering power balancing types for new-type power system are designed to coordinate power balancing objects such as power supply reliability and new energy consumption; furthermore
the concept of "power balancing panoramic space" is proposed to describe the development direction of new-type power system’s power balancing technology. And “computing power” is concluded in the paper to be a key factor of new-type power system’s power balancing analysis. Finally
all the theoretical analysis is verified by examples to be effective and meaningful.
