In order to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides in supercritical CFB boiler
this paper studies the dynamic process of nitrogen oxides in supercritical CFB boiler by mechanism analysis. The temperature field
oxygen content and CO model of different regions of the boiler are established according to the different combustion states in the boiler
and the NOx emission prediction model of supercritical CFB boiler is established. Based on the actual operation data of a 350 MW supercritical CFB boiler
the results of the model are verified on the Simulink platform and the model step test is carried out. The experimental results of four large-scale load changes show that the output of the NOx model is consistent with the actual NOx data. The average absolute error of oxygen is within 0.48%
and the average absolute error of NOx is within 6.67 mg/m3. The subsequent step experiments show that the response of the model is in line with the actual operation experience
which proves that the established model can reflect the dynamic characteristics of NOx. It provides a basis for the control strategy design of supercritical CFB boiler pollutants.
