The distribution network is facing massive and dispersed distributed resources access

and the virtual power plant (VPP) is an important means of aggregating distributed resources and improving the economic interests of distributed resource owners. The mode of multi-party participation in aggregation requires VPP to provide reasonable profit distribution methods for participating members

especially flexible resource members. This article proposes a VPP profit distribution method based on “double layer operation optimization”

including contribution determination and revenue compensation of externality and bargaining game”. Firstly

through dual layer optimization

the flexible resource revenue target is decoupled from the non-flexible resource strategy. Then

the Vickrey-Clarke-Groves (VCG) mechanism is introduced to define and compensate for the external contributions of flexible resources

ensuring the reasonable returns of flexible resources. Finally

through asymmetric Nash bargaining games

the reasonable distribution of benefits among members of flexible resources is achieved. The simulation results show that the profit distribution method proposed in this paper can achieve reasonable distribution of VPP aggregation profit.
