As the development of electrical equipment, the issues related to wet steam around high-power long-blade are also becoming increasingly prominent. To solve the dehumidification problem in the long blade
this paper draws inspiration from the cell topology of diamond to propose a supporting framework structure suitable for the hollow cavity of dehumidification stator
and designs a biomimetic hollow stator based on this framework. A simulation model is constructed to analyze the distribution of water films on solid surfaces
comparing the surface water film distribution of non-heated stator
ordinary hollow stator
biomimetic stator
and improves biomimetic stator under high-temperature steam at different flow rates. It is found that the biomimetic framework structure can significantly disrupt the flow of heated steam
and through structural design
it can effectively enhance the local heat transfer on the blade surface
achieving targeted dehumidification. When the high-temperature steam introduced has a mainstream mass flow rate of 5%
the surface water film thickness of the biomimetic stator is only 8% of that of the non-heated stator. When the high-temperature steam flow rate is reduced to 3%
the maximum surface water film thickness of the improved biomimetic stator blade decreases by 0.2 μm compared to the basic biomimetic stator
achieving a thickness of 1.05 μm
which is 15% of the non-heated condition. This indicates that the biomimetic framework structure significantly improves the heating and dehumidification efficiency of the long blades.
