为探究分形插值算法应用于五孔探针流场测试的有效性,通过标准风洞试验,完成用于燃气轮机流场测试的2种五孔探针标定,获得角度校准系数、总压及静压校准系数;采用分形插值算法对标定数据有序化处理,并与多项式拟合插值结果进行比较。 结果表明:2种探针原始角度校准系数曲线大多为凸四边形,且关于0°偏航角、0°俯仰角具有明显的对称性,证明探针设计、加工质量较好;所建立的3维插值模型对角度校准系数、总压及静压系数的反推值,与原始数据几乎无差别,验证了3维插值模型的有效性;2维多项式拟合插值方法在个别边缘点及内部非线性特征点的反推值,与原始样本数据差别较大,绝大多数点几乎无差别,说明多项式拟合插值方法仅适合试验偏流角度区间内插值,不适合区间外推插值;相较于2维多项式拟合插值方法,分形插值方法反推值与原始数据整体上更为接近,可规避多项式拟合插值方法在边缘点或内部非线性特征点处插值的龙格现象,验证了分形插值方法应用于五孔探针标定的有效性。
In order to explore the effectiveness of the fractal interpolation algorithm applied to the five-hole probe flow field test
two kinds of five-hole probe calibration for gas turbine flow field test are completed through the standard wind tunnel test
and the angle calibration coefficients
total pressure and static pressure calibration coefficients are obtained. The fractal interpolation algorithm is proposed to order the calibration data
and the results are compared with those of the polynomial fitting interpolation. Most of the original angle-calibration coefficient curves of two probes are convex quadrilateral
and there is obvious symmetry with respect to 0° yaw angle and 0° pitch angle
which proves that the probe design and machining quality are satisfactory. The interpolated values of angle calibration coefficient
total pressure and static pressure coefficient of the established 3D interpolation model are almost identical with those of the original sample
which verifies the validity of the 3D interpolation model. The interpolated values of the 2D polynomial fitting interpolation method at individual edge points and internal nonlinear feature points show large deviations from the original measurements
and there is almost no difference at most points
indicating that the polynomial fitting interpolation method is only valid within the calibrated angle range and is unsuitable for extrapolation beyond it.. Compared with the 2D polynomial fitting interpolation method
the interpolated value of fractal interpolation method is closer to the original data
which can avoid the Runge phenomenon inherent in polynomial fitting interpolation at boundary and internal nonlinear characteristic points
and verify the effectiveness of the fractal interpolation method applied to five-hole probe calibration.
