为完善同轴分级旋流器的设计准则,该文针对天然气低排放塔式同轴分级燃烧室,采用数值模拟方法分析主燃一级与主燃二级叶片角度对流场特性及燃烧性能的影响,揭示了两级叶片对燃烧性能的耦合作用。结果表明,主燃二级叶片角度对流场结构和燃烧性能具有显著影响,在二级叶片角度为30°时,冷态流场中无法形成有效回流区。在研究范围内,增大主燃一级或二级叶片的角度均可促进燃料与空气的掺混、缩短火焰长度,从而提高燃烧效率并降低污染物生成量,其中主燃二级叶片角度为主要影响因素。综合各项燃烧性能参数,当主燃一级和二级叶片角度均设定为55°时,燃烧室的综合性能表现最优。研究表明,合理匹配主燃一级与二级叶片角度可显著改善同轴分级燃烧室的流动与燃烧性能。
To refine the design criteria of coaxial-staged swirlers
this study investigates the effects of the blade angles of the first and second main stages on flow field characteristics and combustion performance through numerical simulations
focusing on a low-emission tower-type coaxial-staged combustor fueled with natural gas. The coupling relationship between the two main stages on combustion performance is revealed. The results show that the angle of the second main stage blades has a significant impact on the flow field structure and combustion performance. When the angle of the second main stage blades is 30°
an effective recirculation zone fails to be formed in the non-reactive flow field. Within the range of blade angles considered in the study
increasing the angle of either the first main stage or second main stage blades can promote the mixing of fuel and air and shorten the flame length
thereby improving combustion efficiency and reducing pollutant formation. The angle of the second main stage blades is the main influencing factor. Considering various combustion performance parameters comprehensively
when both the first and second main stage blade angles are set to 55°
the combustor exhibits optimal overall performance. The study shows that a proper matching of the first and second main stage blade angles can significantly improve the flow and combustion performance of the coaxial-staged combustor.
