Aiming at the problem of ultra-low frequency oscillations and low frequency oscillations in the hydro-PV integrated system
this paper proposes a multi-band robust supplementary control method for PV. Firstly
the multi-band supplementary damping control structure of PV is designed
and the principle of multi-band oscillation suppression is expounded. Secondly
aiming at the design of damping control parameters of the ultra-low band branch
this paper establishes a unified frequency response model of the hydro-PV integrated system. Using the structural singular value method
this paper robustly designs the ultra-low band parameters of the PV supplementary controller
considering the different operating conditions of the system. Then
taking the low frequency additional controller into account
this paper constructs a small-signal dynamic model of hydro-PV integrated system. Aiming at the minimum H∞ norm of the system
this paper uses particle swarm optimization (PSO) optimization algorithm to optimize the damping control parameters. Finally
based on the four-machine two-zone system with a PV generator
the effectiveness and robustness of PV multi-band additional control for comprehensive suppression of ultra-low frequency oscillation and low frequency oscillation are verified by theoretical analysis and time domain simulation.
