间接空冷散热器是间接空冷塔的核心传热部件,在实际运行中散热器管束外部易形成污垢沉积,对散热管束传热性能造成不利影响并进一步导致整塔冷却性能降低。因此,及时准确掌握间接空冷塔的热力特性对于其运行优化具有重要意义。该文综述表征间接空冷散热管束热力特性的传热系数和阻力系数计算方法,定义热力特性衰减因子与阻力特性增大因子,基于理论分析,建立以实时运行数据为大数据源的间接空冷塔热力特性和阻力特性在线识别的理论计算模型。计算结果表明,间接空冷散热管束热力特性衰减因子与阻力特性增大因子可及时准确反映间接空冷塔散热器传热特性与阻力特性的相对变化趋势,由此为复杂环境气象条件下间接空冷塔的传热强化节能和防冻优化节能提供理论基础。
The indirect air-cooled heat exchanger is the core heat transfer component of the natural draft dry cooling tower
but it is easy to form deposits outside the tube bundles in actual operations
which impairs the heat transfer efficiency of the tube bundles and furtherreduces the cooling performance of the whole cooling tower. Therefore
it is of great significance to accurately grasp the thermal characteristics of natural draft dry cooling tower for operation optimization. In this paper
the calculation methods of the heat transfer coefficient and the resistance coefficient that characterizes the thermal performance of indirect air-cooled heat exchanger tube bundles are reviewed. The attenuation factor of thermal characteristics and the increase factor of resistance characteristics are defined. The theoretical calculation method for online identification of thermal and resistance characteristics of the natural draft dry cooling tower is established based on theoretical analysis
with real-time operation data as big data source. The calculation results show that the relative trends of heat transfer and resistance characteristics of the heat exchanger in the natural draft dry cooling tower can be accurately reflected in time by the two factors
which provides a theoretical basis for the enhanced energy saving by heat transfer and anti-freezing of the natural draft dry cooling tower under the complex environmental conditions.
