In order to meet the high-precision time synchronization requirement of new power services in low-voltage station area
a power line time synchronization method for low-voltage station area is proposed based on the intelligent adversarial clustering resource allocation. Firstly
a network model architecture suitable for power line carrier (PLC) time synchronization in the low-voltage station area is constructed
and a time synchronization scheme is established to adjust the local clock of devices based on time synchronization information. Secondly
a long-term optimization problem of minimizing the time synchronization error of stations is proposed
which is further decoupled into a large timescale cluster networking subproblem and a small timescale transmission bandwidth allocation subproblem. Finally
a cluster networking optimization algorithm based on intelligent adversarial clustering and a transmission bandwidth allocation algorithm based on completely distributed consensus are proposed to solve the subproblems. The accurate time synchronization on all devices in the low-voltage station area is achieved. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithms can effectively improve time synchronization accuracy.
