making reasonable decisions in the power carbon market trading is a matter of urgency. At the same time
how to ensure the users' power quality when accessing distributed new energy is a practical problem. Therefore
this paper proposes a user decision model considering differentiated power quality services in the context of carbon market. Firstly
the impact of the installation of distributed new energy on the user's power quality and carbon emissions is analyzed. The carbon emissions from different power quality service choices are calculated. Secondly
a user decision model is established in the context of the carbon market
considering differentiated electricity quality services and the coupling constraint of electricity quality and carbon emissions. The objective function for the model aims to maximize profit during the user's participation in dual market transactions. Finally
a steel production enterprise is taken as an example for analysis. The calculation results show that the model proposed in this article can achieve coordinated optimization of monthly electricity purchase and carbon quota trading volume for industrial users. By reasonably arranging the access capacity of distributed new energy devices and improving the power quality level
it can obtain greater profits with less carbon emission.
