针对某火电厂2台350MW供热机组低压缸进汽液控调节阀控制器故障

引起性质相同4起不安全事件的情况

分析故障原因

提出对控制器进行改型更换的改造方案

分析改造后的效果

证实控制器升级改造后稳定性提高

内部控制程序开放

便于监控、维护。

Abstract

Due to the failure of the LP turbine inlet regulating valve controller in Two 350 MW heating unit in a power plant

which caused four incidents of the same nature

this thesis analyzes the reason and puts forward the modification scheme to upgrade the controller

then analyzes the effect of the modification.It proves that the stability of the controller is improved after upgrading and the internal control program is open

which is convenient for monitoring and maintenance.
