摘要

针对配电网运维无现场电源的情况

提出了ARM、DSP、FPGA相结合的硬件解决方案

设计了一款低功耗高性能的便携式配电网测试仪

该装置使用内部锂电池供电

可以输出高精度的电压电流。经测试表明

该装置符合配电网现场运维测试需求。

Abstract

For the operation and maintenance of the distribution network when no field power source exists

this paper has developed a hardware device combining ARM

DSP and FPGA

using lithium battery inside the device for the power source.This device can achieve the high precision output of the voltage and current

and so a portable distribution network tester with low power consumption and high performance is realized.The test results show that this device meets the requirements of field tests for the operation and maintenance of distribution network.
