摘要

克兰电站＃１、＃２旋流燃烧煤粉锅炉、原配置卧式回转式空气预热器各两套。由于回转式空气预热器漏风较大，导致机组出力下降．经六星期停机检修改造、加装热管空气预热器、＃１机组于１９８８年７月重新投入运行．为当时全美电站锅炉首次整套利用热管空气预热器技术。

Abstract

C.P.Crane Units 1 and 2 are cyclone fired utility steam generators

originally equipped with Ljungstrom horizontal shaft rotary regenerative air heaters.These air heaters have been the source of considerable air leakage and resulting loss of generation. When Unit 1 is returned to service in July

1988 after a six week outage

it will represent the first full scale utility application of heat pipe air heater technology in the United States.
