The authors briefly review the progress of the spot pricing ranging from the active spot pricing to the reactive spot pricing

and from the reconciliation of the short-run model to the long-run construction and planning of the transmission network. Followed that

some factors reflecting the spot pricing are discussed. At last

the authors provide the expectation of the spot pricing.
