摘要

随着铁道部电气化改造工程的加快和我国经济、社会的发展

由电力机车和牵引站导致的电能质量问题已经到了不可忽视的地步

直接影响着通信、国防和高科技等产业的发展。通过对成昆铁路西昌段机车牵引站和牵引机车的分析和研究

提出对于铁道电气化引起的电能质量问题的思考和几点意见

希望通过与广大同行专家、学者的共同努力

不断改善和提高公用电网的电能质量

为国民经济健康、快速、可持续发展作出贡献

Abstract

Along with the development of the electric railway

and the national economy and the society

the electric power quality issue causing by the Electric Railway is impossible neglected.It directly influences the development of the communication

and the national defence and high sicence & technology industry. The consideration and some suggestions to the Electric Power Quality is discussed in this paper. Expect the comprehensive notice by the specialist

scholar and professeonal people. To ensure the national economic healthy

fast and successive development.
