The design and implementation of transport layer of real-time data（RTS） remote transport system based on Internet in power plant are presented.The real-time data（RTS） remote transport system uploads the real-time data of each power plant to power generation corporation who are able to query and gather the data timely.The database is created and maintained between power generation corporation and power plant

and the decision support is provided for the manufacturer of the power generation corporation by analyzing the data retrieved from the database.The RTS system has the dynamic extension ability due to using Java.
