阐述了智能电网的特征以及国内的研究现状

分析了中国发展智能电网的构建思路

指出了建设智能电网在通信系统、测量计量体系、控制技术、电网设备、决策支持等领域需要解决的关键技术问题。

Abstract

According to the concept of smart grid

its features and the recent research status in China are described.The building ideas of smart grid in China are analyzed.And the key technical problems needing to be resolved are indicated in communication system
