从岗市变500kV岗云线C.T二次中性线开路

导致LZ96距离保护拒动和朗梨变毛朗线因C.T二次中性线异常导致相差高频在区外故障误动作的情况入手

分析其产生不正确动作的原因

探讨如何发现C.T二次中性线异常的办法

并介绍了在线路非全相运行中判别零序功率方向接线的正确性。

Abstract

This paper attempts to analyse the reason of misoperation of relay protection and to discuss the methods how to find out the CT’S neutral circuit abnormality

beginning with the nonoperation of LZ96 distance protection Located on Gang-Yun 500kV Line in Gang Shi Substation caused by the opening of the CT’S neutral circuit and the misoperation of the phase differential high frequency protection Located on Mao Lang 220kV Line in Lang Li Substation caused by the CT’S neutral circuit abnormality in the case of overreach-fault. "At the same time

also introduces how to discriminate the connecting correctness of second circuits of zero sequence directional protection using opening a pole.
