摘要

论述了泵系统喘振现象的产生及控制手段

分析了泵电动机在直接启动 /停止、固态降压启动 /停止和 SMC（智能马达控制器）启动 /停止方式下

泵系统的速度—转矩特性及时间—流量特性

得出应用 SMC泵控制功能是消除泵系统喘振的有效方式的结论

Abstract

The generation of pump gasping vibration and its control methods are discussed in the paper.The pump speed torque and time flow characteristics at direct start/stop

solid state step down start/stop and SMC start/stop are analysed respectively.A conclusion is reached that SMC control is an effective way to eliminate the pump gasping vibration.
