摘要

分析了金竹山电厂制粉系统的有关特性和控制要求

提出采用模糊控制技术和PLC实现制粉系统程控启停、全程自动控制

使制粉系统的自动控制能够长期投入

可提高磨煤机运行的经济性

降低运行人员劳动强度

解决制粉系统自动控制难的问题。

Abstract

the paper analyzed dynamic and operating characters of pulverization system in Jingzhushan power plant.fuzzy control technology and PLC is summarized to meet the reqirements of the system.whole process monitoring and automatic control make the pulverization system long-stable operation

high efficiency

and low labor-strength.
