Abstract

In order to control the flatness deviation to the acceptable level for the low-pressure cylinder assembly of the steam turbine 4 in The Harbin Third Power Plant

the experience obtained from the assembly of steam turbine 3 is applied. In combination with the traditional technology and quality control in the assembly

the result shows that the practice is successful.
