根据《二十五项重点反措》的要求
分析了目前常用的汽包水位保护逻辑存在的问题
提出了汽包水位保护逻辑中应考虑差压水位计取样管泄露和测点质量坏的问题
同时建议在取样管上加装温度测点以提高水位保护动作的正确率。
Abstract
According to the requirement of “ 25 Important Anti-Accident Measures”
this paper analyzes general existing pro blems of drum water level protection logic. Meanwhile
it presents that the leak age of sampling pipe of differential pressure water level gauges and the poor qu ality of measure point should be taken into account in the design of the drum wa ter level protection logic.To increase correct ratio of water level protection
it suggests that temperature measure points be added in the sampling pipe.
