摘要

通过对铝母线的焊接性及使用特点分析

制定铝母线焊接工艺方案

根据相关规程规定

进行指定项目的焊接工艺试验

并运用制定的焊接工艺在600MW火力发电机组的铝母线安装工作中顺利实施

对实施铝母线及其它有色金属材质焊接工作有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

Welding technology scheme of aluminum bus was set down by analyzing weldability and using characteristic of aluminum bus.Welding technology tests of the specific project were conducted and applied in aluminum bus installment for 600MW thermal power plant

offering reference to welding of aluminum bus and other nonferrous metal materials.
