Abstract

Operation data from forty 10kV Power lines and thirty substations in Changsha in 2007 were randomly selected as samples and were deduced by regression analysis.Related empirical formula between input transformer capacity and output capacity of 10kV distribution lines and Related empirical formula between substation maxim output load and input distribution transformer total capacity were obtained

offering a calculation mode for urban power network planning and design.
