摘要

介绍当前国内IEC60870-5-104远动规约应用中存在的异常情况

结合湖南500 kV电网集控自动化系统中IEC60870-5-104远动规约一次通讯异常案例

剖析出现该远动规约通讯异常的内在原因

提出相应解决对策。

Abstract

Based on the abnormal application state of the current domestic IEC60870-5-104 telecontrol protocol

and combined with an abnormal communication case of IEC60870-5-104 protocol centralized control for automation system in Hunan 500kV power grid

the internal cause of abnormal telecontrol communication is analysed and countermeasure is put forword in the paper.Actual tests show that the protocol communication abnormal is eliminated.
