摘要

电能计量过程中

因各种原因常造成电能表的失压、失流故障

引起大量电量的流失。但目前使用的电能表校验台并无失压失流检测功能

致使出具的检定证书受到质疑

从而引起电量的流失或计量纠纷。本文介绍一种运用先进电子和计算机技术

能够测试失压失流记录功能的自动检测装置。

Abstract

Electric measurement error occurs as a result of losing voltage and breaking current for power meter.However

power meter checkout consoles are not provided with the function of voltage-breaking and current-losing measuring.So the checkout certificate will be oppugned

and measurement error and dissension will occur.This article introduces an automechanism of testing multifunctional power meters with the function of detecting voltage-losing and current-breaking through applying advanced electronic and computer technology.
