Abstract

Combing with practical application experience

the article introduces a uniform pattern of P6 project managementon infrastructure projects

the specific definition of the encoding process of the project plan and strict planning

progress tracking and data transmission in large thermal power plants.The multi-directional overlapping management of the project progress is conducted by P6 software.The real-time control and control management of engineering are realized and the management level and efficiency are improved.
