摘要

某310 MW机组脱硝后空预器堵塞严重

严重影响机组运行的安全性与经济性

在充分调研与论证基础上实施空预器在线清洗

解决了运行中空预器严重堵塞问题

并对空预器堵塞的防范措施进行探讨。

Abstract

A certain air preheater of 310 MW unit was seriously clogged after denitration which influenced security and economy of unit operation seriously. On the basis of thorough investigation and argumentation

the online cleaning of air preheater was conducted

and the serious congestion problem in the unit operation was solved

and the preventive measures about air preheater clogging are discussed in this paper.
