摘要

采用旋转挂片试验、电化学测试等手段评价某缓蚀阻垢剂在浓缩倍率为2.5和3的火电厂循环水中的腐蚀性能。结果表明

该缓蚀阻垢剂对碳钢只有在加入量大于或等于10 mg/L下才具有缓蚀效果。电化学试验结果与旋转挂片试验结果相符。

Abstract

The corrosive nature of corrosion and scale inhibitor for circulating cooling water of the coal-fired power plant were evaluated through rotary coupon and electrochemical tests with concentration ratio of 2. 5 and 3 times. The results showed that it only inhibited the carbon steel corrosion when inhibit addition was greater than or equal to 10 mg / L. The results of the electrochemical test were consistent with the rotary coupon test.
