Based on the output data measured in the recent three years at the wind power farms operating in Fujian power grid

this paper presents an analysis of rate of simultaneity factor of power generation between wind farms across the province and between the regions

using the mathematical statistics and probability analysis method. And it introduce the Kolmgorov-Smirnov test to study simultaneity factor distribution of wind power output in Fujian

and it gives a qualitative analysis of influence of increase of wind power scale on the rate of simultaneity factor of power out. This paper also make an approach to simultaneity at last.
