摘要

结合近年来湖南电网及高速铁路规划布局

本文从电网静态安全潮流控制、无功电压平衡等方面对高铁牵引负荷对湖南电网的影响进行分析。基于以上分析

为减少高铁牵引负荷对电网带来的不利影响

本文为调度运行专业人员合理安排电网运行方式、计划检修工作及调整控制电网运行潮流及电压提供了建议措施。

Abstract

Considering the planning pattern of Hunan Power Grid and high-speed railway in recent years

the impact of highspeed railway traction load is analyzed from the static security power flow control and reactive voltage power balance. Based on the above analysis

in order to reduce the adverse effects on power grid of railway traction load

some suggestions of making the reasonable operation mode and maintenance program and adjusting the power flow and voltage of the power grid are also given.
