摘要

总结目前湖南电网在融冰装置配置方面存在的主要问题

提出了适用于湖南省电网融冰装置配置的目标与技术原则

结合电网网架结构、融冰装置特点

制定了融冰装置配置规划的方法、步骤

提出了湖南电网融冰装置配置方案

可科学经济地提高电网运行水平。

Abstract

The primary existing problems in configuration scheme for deicer of Hunan power grid are summed up in the paper.The goal and technological principles configuration for deicer are put forward. Combined with the characters of power grid structure in Hunan and the main technological parameters of deicer

the method and steps of configuration for deicer are established

then the configuration scheme of for deicer is put forward

which can improve the secure operation level in power system scientifically and effectively.
