摘要

考虑湖南电网特殊地理气候特征导致输电线路较易发生覆冰的特点

结合湖南电网以往防冻融冰工作开展经验

开发了湖南电网省地一体化电网融冰管理系统。本文重点介绍了系统的总体结构、相关功能、系统关键技术以及取得的效果。

Abstract

Considering the characteristics of special geography and climate characteristics of Hunan power grid

the characteristics of transmission lines are more prone to icing. Combined with the experience of frost prevention and ice melting in Hunan power grid

the provincial integrated power grid ice melting management system of Hunan power grid has been developed. This paper focuses on the overall structure of the system

related functions

key technologies and the results achieved.
