This paper mainly researches on the land requisition and clearance expense of power transformation projects

analyses the composition of land requisition and clearance expense and the difference of district and voltage class. In addition

historical data and land requisition files are studied and the calculating model of land requisition expense is established in this paper

which provide references not only for the compilation and assessment of investment estimation

preliminary design budgetary estimate but also for the formulation of land requisition contract price. At last

this paper summarizes major problems of the management of land requisition and clearance expense based on the investigation and proposes some measures and suggestions to improve the management of land requisition and clearance expense of each construction stage.
