解析了操作指挥中的风险传递及分布特性

对于提高风险管控水平

确保操作安全和电网安全做了有益的研究工作。

Abstract

New equipment putting into the production is one of the major operational work for power dispatching

which has such features as complicated manners

heavy operations

lots of link

and high risk. Through the risk assessment and grading evaluation

this paper resolved the risk transfer and distribution property of operational and directional work in the production of new equipment. It is a useful study for improving risk management

as well as ensuring safe operation and grid security.
