摘要

电缆接头的安装关键工艺控制对于保障电缆附件的可靠运行尤为重要。基于电缆绝缘表面粗糙度对电缆可靠性的影响机制

本文分析了电缆接头在安装处理时的表面轮廓特征

进而使用白光干涉法设计了电缆绝缘表面粗糙度的测量装置

对不同类型的表面粗糙度参数进行分析

提出了电缆接头安装质量评估的关键参数。据此对电缆安装可靠性进行定量的评价。从而指导电缆接头的安装。

Abstract

The key process control of cable joint installation is particularly important for ensuring reliable operation of cable accessories.Based on the influence mechanism of cable insulation surface roughness on cable reliability

the surface profile characteristics of cable joints during installation are analyzed.Then the white light interference method is used to design the measuring device for the surface roughness of cable insulation.Different types of surface roughness parameters are analyzed.The key parameters for the quality evaluation of cable joint installation are put forward

the reliability of cable installation is quantitatively evaluated accordingly

so as to guide the installation of cable joints.
