摘要

介绍了几种常用的转子匝间短路的故障诊断方法

阐述了重复脉冲法的试验方法及其原理

结合某电厂一台640 MW发电机转子匝间短路的诊断过程案例

探讨了重复脉冲法在早期匝间绝缘缺陷分析中的应用

对发电机安全稳定运行有重要意义。

Abstract

This paper introduces several common diagnosis techniques of rotor inter-turn short circuit

and expounds the repetitive surge oscillograph（RSO） technique and its principle. Combined with the diagnosis process of a 640 MW generator rotor inter-turn short circuit in a power plant

the application of the RSO technique in the analysis of early inter-turn insulation defects is discussed

which has great significance for the safe and stable operation of the generator.
