摘要

分析某机组ZGM133G-1型中速辊式磨煤机上部晃动问题原因

提出一系列措施

最终通过动态分离器的转速调整成功解决该问题

给出分离器转速与煤量的对应曲线

优化了磨煤机的运行参数

保证了制粉系统的安全稳定运行。

Abstract

The reason of the upper shaking of ZGM133 G-1 medium speed coal mill from a 1 000 MW unit is analyzed in this paper

A series of measures are put forward to solve the provlem by the adjustment of dynamic separator speed. The corresponding curve between separator speed and coal quantity is also provided

and the operation parameters of coal mill are optimized. Meanwhile the safe and stable operation of pulverizing system is ensured by these measures.
